RE: thumb release

I gave one a try a few weeks ago. Russell, (Ausie-guy), was good enough to let me borrow his. He told me quite clearly, "Keep your thumb off the trigger while you are drawing." Well, I don't always listen so good. I popped myself in the mouth but good. Drew blood and ended my curiosity about back tension releases in a hurry. I'll stick with a wrist strap-index finger style release thank you very much!

Just picked up a Carter Just Cuz + last night off e-bay; it's what I'll be shooting 3D with next year. I'll probably still keep hunting with my Scott Wildcat though.
