Guardian Owners..a few ??

Well I have narrowed my next bow selection down to the guardian, allegiance and the elite synergy. I am going back to the proshop and shooting these bows again.

I was wondering what make/size stabilizer are you guys using on your guardian. I am leaning towards a 10" Fuse Axium stabilizer. Is that too long?? I will strictly be using it for hunting.

Also, what speeds are you guys getting out of the guardian? If I get one, I will be shooting 70#@29". I plan on having my arrows around 350-360grain. Thanks

Here's a 10" axiom on an '07 Ally.

Jeff,
Sweet looking setup. So it won't be over kill, if I use the 10"? I was thinking either the 6" or the 10". I like the way it looks with the 10", but I also want it to serve its purpose. Thanks

I now know a few guys using this exact setup. It works fine for me shooting targets. I'm sure it'll hunt just fine.

Honestly, the best stab I've found for the Guardian is the Wild Thing... that, or nothing at all. She's just so shock and vibration free that it doesn't take much mass, and I think she balances out quite well with the WT.

Ijust got new gaurdian three weeks ago. you can look at my post labeled New bow to see how well i am finally shooting. It is an exceptionally smooth bow, and i personally wouldn't recommend putting a stabilizer on it at all. as smooth as it shoots you propably wouldn't notice a difference, and it would just add extra weight. I also chronographed it at 287 with my hunting arrow, but i feel speed is a little overated anyway.

I shoot a 29" 71lbs, 374 grain arrow, and chrono's around 274-280! It really is a sweet bow!

I personnally think a 10 inch stabilizer is too long for it. It's not the length you should be concerned about as much as the weight. I have an 8 ounce one on mine. I think ideally about 7 ounces would balance it perfectly. With this one I can put it in my case without having to remove the stabilizer.
