Josh is in the safe part of the Baltimore Area. The most "heat" they would be packing would begood thick rubber band or a nice straw and ream of paper.

Pointing out a thief is a good idea no matter what. Even if we do not personally know the guy now there's a possibility that someone on here could become the guy's friend and accidentally get mixed-up in whatthe guy is doing through association.
