Game Fish

Does anyone if it is illegal to shoot gamefish like flounder with a bow. I have been looking everywhere and cant find anything but i know if you can gig em you should be able to stickem with an arrow.

Game fish are illegal to shoot with a bow. At least in public waters in NC.
