I bought my first bow yesterday a martin jaguar and im having trouble shooting every thing is on its just i need some tips and tactics to get me goin it has the peep sight and every thing you guys just need to get me going so reply and get me going here:)

First of all. Did you buy the bow at a pro shop and have them set it up for you or did you just buy a used bow and go start shooting. Is it hard for you to pull it back? Can you hold it steady at full draw? I guess I need some more information on what you are having problems with. Without knowing how the bow is set up, and what problems you are having, it's difficult to offer any advice on how to shoot better.

I bought it off of my cousin it is hard to pull back i can hold it ssteady once i get it back.

It sounds like the bow may not be exactly right for you. You may want to check to see if the draw weight can be lowered a bit. You may also want to go to a pro shop and have your draw lengnth measured.
Then I would check to see if the draw lengnth of the bow was the same.
If it wasn't, I'd see if the draw lengnth could be adjusted to fit you.
Those are two things that I think will get you headed in the right direction.
