Default String Setup

Well, I am just curious due tosome previous posts as to how everyones string is set up. Isdroping the kisser worth the extra speed?.. peep? loop?

I am currently thinking about droping the kisser and seeing how it works out before the season. Kisser + 2 brass clamps = 15fps estimated

I went to a G5 Meta when I changed bows. It lines up wth my sight ring....and I don't need the kisser, anymore. I do use a loop, though.

I use a Peep, Kisser and String Loop.

Removing the kisser and chronoing it gained me 0 fps change.

So to have an extra anchor point that does not take away speed is about as good as it gets.

I use a peep and string loop. The kisser is suppose to help with the ancor point but I don't find it that effective. I use the tip of my nose and my jaw bone to set my ancor point.

Does a kisser button really slow your bow down that much?

I think the little loss of speed is worth it when it comes to kissers. It gives the same nock point everytime which eliminates one thing out of the equation that shooting a bow is. Altough, I used one since I started shooting so its not the same for me without one.
