I sure wish I could shoot the liberty. I'd like to take it for a spin to see what it's like.

I'd like to shoot the liberty out of sheer interest. If it worked well I'd get one. I'd get it for the portability. I agree though not one of the top bows.

One of the smoothest drawing and shooting bows on the market is the Kodiak line. Check out there top bow, the Titan 34. I can't say enough about the bow. Traded my Switchback last year for one. 34" Axle to Axle, adjustable from 25.5" to 30.5", smooth draw, no vibration or handshock, extremely quiet, IBO speed 308, 7 3/8" brace height, factory limbsavers and string leeches, very well built product. Definitely test shoot one of these if you can.

I am not biased, I am not a dealer, just a bowhunting fanatic and I have to say, I have tested a lot of bows, shot friends bows at the bow club and owned many different brands. I haven't found a bow more forgiving, more accurate, more smooth, more hunting efficient than a Mathews. All of the other brands have made many efforts to catch mathews but still are lacking.

You have not shot the top bow until you shoot the vectrix. Seriously though it is tons better than the trykon. After shooting the trykon last year i thought i would never shoot a hoyt. But that all changed after i shot the vectrix.

You tried "some" of the more popular bows but i don't see anything about ELITE,BEAR,MERLIN,MARTIN,BROWNING,DARTON OR PSE.There are ALOT of bows available on the market today and in my opinion it seems to just be a popularity contest for many folks when buying a bow.jmho.

I shot the Drenlin the other day. My brother in law bought one. I have th SB XT... I like the weight of the XT... but the Drenlin is a sweet shooting bow. I do like a heavier bow.

Can't believe you didn't bother to actually shoot the guardian. Sounds like you were sold on Mathews before you even did your "test" Shoot a Vectrix and a Guardian and then see what you think.
