trail cams

I was wondering what kind of trail cams every one was useing and if you like them or not, need to get a new one and I am not sure what I want to get.

I have a stealth cam 3.0 or 3.1 mp right now but I am not happy with the trigger speed on it. every time I check it there is 35 pics of the trail and mineral site and maybe 2 or 3 of actual deer.

I have a moultrie 200. I had a cuddeback....but didn't like it....due o the battery issues.

I only use mine on my mineral site (now, exclusively)....and only to "inventory" the deer I might be hunting for a particular season. At my mineral site.....trigger speed is not an issue.

I have 3 of the older model cuddebacks, they are great cameras good battery life and quick speed...

Battery life depends alot on outside temp.

Also, now you can find them on ebay for under 300 which is a steal.

check out www.chasingame.com for reviews and forums, its a trail-cam specific site w/ great reviews of almost every camera on the market.

I have the StealthCam 3.1, worked great once I figured out the proper height and angle. I had to mount it up a little higher than I thought and point it down more.

oh yea, I forgot to mention, I mount mine about 18-24" off the ground, it seems low, but if you dont you wont get many triggers.
