no peep

Has anyone tried or know of anyone who has tried the "No peep sight" by Timberline Archery or "Anchor sight" by Archery Innovations. I was wondering if people like them or not. Which one would you prefer over the other and why? Does water or sunlight reflection affect either of these products? Thanks

RE: no peep

I tried the no-peep last year and could not get my groups to return to normal size - maybe I should have shot it more. I hate peep sights (in low light) but I have not found anything that will equal their precision. The person/company that invents a device to (effectively and successfully) replace the peep sight will be rich.

If you go w/ the no peep, and you shoot a Hoyt, make sure you get the one w/ the longer mounting bracket. The standard one won't clear the riser....I found out the hard way.....After that fiasco, I re-installed my Meta Peep.....

I shoot a "no-peep" and like it. Once set up properly and w/ some getting used my goups improved...

Plus its less weight on the string.

RE: no peep

I shoot with actually no peep:D Does that count?

It does wonders for having to shoot quick and looking ahead to find a hole to shoot through. My last two bucks I do not think I would have killed if I had any type of alignment device on my bow:) Talk about solving your low light issues;)
