I don't know how you can post an honest opinion on an item if you get them for half price. ;)

Although you did say that the others make good bows so I'll give you credit for that.

Wow, PSE's site ranks a PSE tops. How amazing is that? I've seen test by multiple testers and they all have different findings. I never base what I'm going to buy on someone else's tests.
You are very wise. A guy at the shop I shoot at just got on as a PSE staff shooter. Not even a month ago, he was going to be buried in a Hoyt coffin, hoyt underwear, the whole works, and now PSE is the only bow currently worth even a second look. Amazing how good a bow is when it is a fraction of the list price.
I agree. What difference does it make if you got the bow for half price or not...its the same dang bow.

Anyone who wants to say that the X-Force is not a hunting bow is a bit off. What difference does it make to call it a "hunting bow"?? It shoots arrows doesnt it?? Is there such thing as a hunting 30-06 and a nonhunting 30-06??? Exactly. I've shot a lot of PSE bows and many other brands and have always love PSE over the others. You know thats great that most have your Mathews, Hoyts, or Bowtechs. Good for you, but that doesnt mean you should put down PSE and the PSE shooters? As for the design on the limps like someone was saying...if it was Hoyt doing this for some reason it would be fine wouldnt it. They have been making bows for years and THEY know what theyre doing more than any of us. I dont think a bow would hit the market if it had any chance of snapped limbs. I havent shot the X-Force yet but id love to. I probably would never get it because of the small brace height but thats just me. And before anyone gets mad at me, im not bashing on anyone who shoots Mathews, Hoyt, or Bowtech. Id love to have on of their bows, but why fix something at aint broke? Ill stick with my bow for now. And on the off subject note...im with the Buckeye fan on that topic. I absolutely hate OSU, but further yet I absolutely hate Florida and Urban Meyerand I think it was because of Urban Meyer's wining and campaigning that got them into the National Championship. OSU was definetly the better team, they just didnt show it in that game.
If you think OSU is the better team you obviously have no idea what the game of football is all about. You've got to be kidding me. Come back to reality. Look at the facts, wins vs losses, competitor wins and losses, defensive ranking etc...

Yes, you are exactly right...its called an M-1 Garand...heard of it?

And just like a speed bow/target bow, or assault/target rifle...it can be used for hunting...but that ain't what she was built for.

The ole stressed limb thing huh. Bad use of the english language.
Has PSE market share dropped in the last 10 years? It must have with the Mathews bunch and Bowtech etc.
Considering that a portion of every Mathews bow sold goes into Pete Shepleys pocket...I don't think he is sweating it. And last I read, 25% of all bows sold are still PSEs, I honestly don't know if thats a slip or not.

Not everyone shoots, can afford, or even cares to buy a Mathews. Its a fairly select few. Not that its that awesome of a bow anyway. Super smooth, very quiet, and slow. Sort of like a Lincoln Town Car. Nice ride, gives you a feeling of status. Don't get me wrong...I own a Mathews too and its a great bow, especially considering that I only gave $200 for an unfired LX...but lets call a spade a spade.

Speed means far less to me than smooth and accurate! My 70 lb. bow shooting 260 fps has never had any issues killing deer dead. Until someone invents an arrow than can pass through an animal, turn around, and come back through - how much more of a pass-through are you looking for?
