Hey folks. I have been lurking here for awhile but this is my first post. I spend most of my time on the HIS board. I thought maybe you guys would want to see this;

. . . A group is petitioning the IRS to review or revoke the tax-free status of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, claiming that the group supports terrorist activities. PETA doesn’t sound nervous. “Since most hunters and trappers shoot animals because they are too stupid to play chess or bridge, we rejoice that at least the sheer intellectual challenge of signing their names on this meaningless petition keeps them out of the woods for a while,” PETA president Ingrid Newkirk, told The Scoop. . . .

It takes a real intellectual to come up with that stereotypical generalization. They must be watching too many Bugs Bunny cartoons.

Those people make me so mad. If people only knew the truth about them and how they work and what they do.

Maybe we should start some rumors about them? No, the truth about them is bad enough.

What should we do about these folks? I say we do to them the same crap they do to us!

Slanderize and stereotype them I say! The more I read about them, the more I want to buy a leather jacket.

I'll have PETA know that I play chess and bridge on occasion, but I would much rather spend my free time in the GREAT OUTDOORS, hunting or not. I guess that raising an animal in a captive fence with thousands of others for no other purpose but to get their throats cut and die is ok in their book. Hey PETA GET A LIFE and do something worth while.
