Just got off their website. It looks like it is going to be a Lottrey system this year. Signup starts tonight at midnight ends June 30.There will be 20,000 permits of which outfitters get 7,500. Still $365, you can sign up by phone or online. There better be a tag with my name on it.

Good luck. How was it set up last year? Could you still but them over the counter?

No, it was first come untill they sold out. But I think everybody that wanted one got one last year.
