Ok, I was wondering how long it would take. I hope you don't mind a little humor but that guy, who looks a bit like Chuck Norris, was a resident of N. Texas who did work as a double for Chuck for the filming of the "Walker" series at that time. Obviously he wasn't a stunt double but they used him to film far away and side shots. I would have posted a disclaimer had no one chimed in.
