Thanks. He is very symmetrical with stickers at the bases, a 5X5. I was shooting some very early mechanical heads that I can't remember the name of. The point pushed back to deploy the blades. My how mechanicals have improved!

Speaking of improvements, I was shootinga PSE Vulcan I bought new in 1983. I retired it after the 2006 season. The used Mathews Legacy I replaced it with was a night and day difference!:DThen a person hopes a 20 year jump in technology is a good thing.

I also had (should say I still have, though don't use) a "self climbing" Amacker Deer Thief stand. The bar of the seat cut into your butt real quick.

All of this circa the early 90's.

Wore my ole Trebark bibs until they were completely tattered. Here's a not so good pic of my best buck wearing those bibs taken in 1988. I was hiding in brush inside a fencerow from the ground. I still have a heavy polarfleece jacket in Trebark, works great in extremely cold weather as an underlayer.

Judging from that pic, PA may not have had doe tags at that time. That may have been in the days of 1 license 1 deer tag.

JNBronc, those broadheads were either Punchcutters or Bloodtrailers. I used them (Punchcutters) as well. I also had an Amacker Deer Thief too. Man, I hated dropping those wing nuts in the dark.:D My first modern camo was a mesh Trebark shirt that I wore over the old woodland marine camo, and a pair of original Realtree brush pants. They came in handy while doing deer drives.
