Yeah, I was talking about the 6 b/c it comes with the LCD screen for $299.
We had one expensive one stolen so this is probably still out of my price range, but getting quick trigger, 6 MP, what looks like a lot of IR bulbs, and an LCD is still good for that price.

I agree with jm, I don't even want 6 megapixels (my personal family camera is 5), but I do want to give the IR cameras a shot and that's the MP these have. I guess I buy into the whole flashes spook the big deer thing. I'm sure it won't bother some deer, but I'd bet that others that get flashed don't come back or are very wary after that. Maybe the IR thing needs its own thread.

Cuddeback digital no flash is the way to go!!! It takes video clips and still images (3.0 mega-pixel)you won't regret it. It will run you $350 plus you'll need a compact flash memory card $25-$45 for a 1 Gig of memory. This set up will pay for itself within two seasons compared to a film run camera. If you can, go in halves on the investment with a family member who will also enjoy it along with you. Infra red night video and picture capabilitieswill keep those deer coming backfeeling stress free without worrying about those annoying flashesother camera models have.

Good luck in yourdecision. It willdefinately change the way you hunt and manage your deer herd for the better!
