Backcountry Bowhunting...The book
 

Hello all!

Well, I just forked my $24.95 for the book at Cabelas and I can hardly wait til it arrives...have anyone here read the book already? What's your opinion?

Just, bored at work and wanted to chat about it...seems like a great book...

I just finished reading Cameron Hanes' book, Backcountry Bowhunting, and had actually planned on making a post about it later today.

For anyone who is a serious backcountry bowhunter or for anyone interested in becomming one, I highly reccomend this book. Its been quite some time since I've come across a book that I can't put down. I purchased this book two nights ago and finished it earlier this morning. I read it at home, I read it at work, I read it on my lunch break; it was that good.

Not only is it filled with educational information on hunting deep in the wilderness, Cameron describes the feelings of insignificance and lonliness often felt while miles away from any form of civilization extremely well.

This book is extremely easy to read, and as I said, I highly reccomend it.

Darn Wash!! You got me all pumped...:D I should have got the overnight delivery...[8D] I will patienlty wait for your review post...

Germ, actually in one of his interviews he's shown shooting some arrows and he seems to be shooting right side and closing his left eye...I do the same since I'm left eye dominan...
