RE: My '07 Bow Turkey (LONG!)

Second, on having a wife that is understanding enough to let you put that time in. It's great that you have that support at home.

Third, on having a job that allows you to put 25 hunts in turkey hunting and 46 hunts in deer hunting. Wow! I don't have that many hunts in the last three seasons. That's unbelievable that you are able to do that. Congrats.
Thanks. I KNOW I'm lucky. Lisa support me in these endeavors.....because she knows how much enjoyment i get out of it (and she likes the venison!). I count each time afield as a separate (hunt).....so if I go morning and evening I count that as (2). I hunted before work a few times (deer and turkeys) and still got there before most.

I'm actually glad turkey season ended Saturday.....and I now have evenings to spend with my family, more. Getting home, whooped at 8:30pm.....and getting up at 5:00am......work in between.....will take its toll on you.

Just a couple of slight alterations to my bow set-up.......and I'll be back at 3D in a week and a half. Bow season for deer is less than 4 months away. Like I've been saying, though.....I'll hunt less and shoot more, this year.
