ground blind color and leaf addition?

well i have a ameristep intimidator blind and it is in hardwoods clor which is great for fall but when it is summer everything is green and i was wonderin if any of you guys had some ideas of getting a green color to it and adding some 3d leaves also..ameristep sells some leafy thing but its like 60 bucks and its not green...i saw something at basspro the last time and i think it was for waterfowl but it was just leaves on a netting that looked pretty neat and they were green but they were like 50 dollars also...

Try to take advantage of setting the blind more in the shadows and you won't have to worry much about the lack of greens. Also, I believe the Leafy cover would be a great addition by adding leafy movement even in the slightest breeze and this would create the element of realism even more then ANY color would. Also, remember, critters can't really see colors so don't sweat it to much. Good luck and good huntin'

A green based design only seems important to our eyes, not out preys.

Although like mentioned, "it's not really necessary", if you really want try the local army surplus store if you have one or the flea market for some army camo netting. Shouldn't be too much $. It comes in green/brown (forest) or tan/brown (desert).

I have a buddy that recently purchased an Intimidator and he has a 5th season turkey tag that we may try to fill on my property. I may make a couple of hunts with him just to see how this blind compares to other designs? He seems pretty happy with it.
