Most of the information I have seen that you are asking for has been on AT. Can't you log on as a guest and do a search?

Dude, its only two days.

And the X-Force is not all that impressive. To go from a Hoyt to a PSE is like going from Ruth Chris to McDonalds...or ok, maybe Lonestar. Still, if you want a speed bow, go check out a High Country.

what I want to know is why is it 65-70% letoff instead of like 80? makes now sense to me. I guess im associating a stiff draw with high letoff

I second that! IMO 15-20 years ago PSE made agood product. For the last10 years or so the bows have had the most problems of almost any bow manufacture. But people still buy them becasue they easy on the wallet. My dad went that route a few years back he had a old Fred Bear Whitetail ll and thought he needed to upgrade. He didn't want to spend much money. Against my advice he bought a PSE NOVA dual cam bow packageon a clearence sale, for a local sporting goods store. The single cam nova's had just came out. This bow ended up being not much of a upgrade, infact he had many many problems with it. His 15 year old bear bow was a better bow overall. He hated shooting his PSE and ended up giving it away to a friend and he also gave up bowhunting. He never was big into archery and archery hunting, so I can't blame the bow, but on the other hand this bow didn't help the situation out either. Thestore he bought it from deals mostly in guns and rifle hunting. They are in no way a pro shop, and they didn't even set his bow up or try to tune it. He had to take it to a pro shop to do that.Anyway I wouldwait to hear actualin field reports before buying this newPSE X bow. At 350 f/s the term "parts flying everyware" might just come true lol.We shall see.

I've been shooting an AR Velocity for about 1 year-and am very pleased with it.

I own 3 Hoyt bows and they are superb as well.

go to

www.pse-archery.com

and there are tables on the performance of the XForce

I've just ordered an XForce and believe it is the top performance bow right now..

I have shot one extensively at the shop I help out at. The brace height is low on the bow, but it doesn't seem to affect it much at all. The bow is extremely handshock free and quiet. The draw is rough, but then again it is a thoroughbred speed bow, that is to be expected. I shot the bow on 70% letoff and believe it or not, it did have a nice valley to it. I shot the bow at 62lbs draw, and 29.5" dl both measured, and ended up putting a 312 grain arrow through it at 337fps with a loop and peep on the bow. Impressive to say the least. If you need a pure speed bow then I feel it would be a good one to look at.

I shot the X-Force Friday and I wasn't much on it. Unlike Rick I did feel quite a bit of vibration in my hand when I released the arrow. I also didn't like the draw cycle one bit. But if it's speed you want this thing has plenty of it.

Ditto.

However, I wouldn't say that the draw cycle was rough but rather that it builds quickly and maintains once it reaches its peak weight.

I question if the bow you shot was in tune then. The one I shot really had very little to no hand shock, comparable to any of the high end parallel limb bows on the market now and that is the one thing I specifically remember because I wasn't expecting it. I was expecting it to be a tuning fork/rattle trap.I was shooting the bow at 5 grains per pound as well. The bow I shot didn't have a stabilizer either, just a rest and sight on it.
