blaze orange

My husband has a blaze orange sweatshirt but I would like to check into something warmer. He has expressed an interest in acoat that has a few different layers. Have any of you used these? I am wondering if it would be worth it or if they are more of a pain than buying one for warmer weather and one for colder weather. Whenever he comes home from the woods he always has stickers all over his sweatshirt, is there a quiet material out there that doesn't attract as many of these?

Though they are expensive, I like the 3 in 1 idea.....1 coat for 3 seasons.....When it's cold out, it'll keep you warm. When it cool out, it'll keep you warm, not hot....When it's raining, it'll keep you dry....If you were to buy a cold weather coat, a cool weather coat and a rain coat, you would EASILY spend what you would for a 3 in 1 parka...

There are coats out there that are reversible with an inner layer of orange. I personaly prefer wearing an orange vest so I can dress acordingly and just put the vest over what Im wearing. If its warmer I just wear a sweatshirt or lightweight jacket, If its down right cold Ill wear my parka and the vest just slips over either.

i have a remingtom 6 in 1 parka. its actually TWO coats zipped together to make an extreme cold parka. i got camo...i wear an camo/orange vest...i cant stand FULL orange coats. personal thing....but the inside coat is also camoed and reversible and the sleeves zip off to make a vest. i love it.

both coats are water proof and breathable. it was like 20 degrees one day. all i wore under the parka was a long sleeve T shirt. but i wear the outer layer coat alone as a jacket. its really nice..nice pockets etc...nice hood. REALLY is waterproof...and a heck of alot more breathable than rubber and plastic type rain gear. and not too noisey either. i wont say its 100% silent...but most waterproof gear isnt. but its not overly noisey, and its comfy and does its job...i love it. best 100$ i ever spent...actually got it onsale at walmart after the season....they DO make orange ones as well....walmart and ebay is the only places ive ever seen them.
