Well fellas, my father was drawn for his Montana non resident tag today. This will be his first western hunt, and our first hunt together in a few years. I moved to Montana for the hunting and fishing three years ago, and he has been wanting to experience it for himself ever since. I am so excited I just had to post it on here.:):):):)

More than congrats are in order for you and your father. I'm extremely happy for y'all. A father and son hunting experience is something to be valued beyond what most understand. If it wasn't for my father I wouldn't be into the outdoors and I'll always cherish that. I'm truley happy for you and hope things go great for you and your father! Good luck! I love going out west for hunts. I've been to the Big Horn in the Wyoming side. Absolutely gorgeous out there. I've never shot a mulie yet, but looking forward to next yr!

The only gauranteed non resident tags in Mt. are Outfitter Sponsored, obviously, you have to hunt with an outfitter to get that tag. They are right around a grand. My dads deer and elk combo was 623.00$ plus 20.00$ for a preference point for next year.
