What's a good youth hunting arrow?

I'm looking at buying my kid some arrows to shoot with and hunt this fall(first bow hunt) He has a 40lb compond. Any reccomendations for arrows... Beman ICS hunter Junior Arrows or Junior Axis? Only thing is they all come with plastic straight fletch which seems like the least forgiving for a young archer. I was planning on just stripping off the vanes and gluing on feathers, but it seems like a waste. I can't find either of the above in shafts. Any advice?

Back when I shot that poundage I shot Easton Jazz arrows. I forget what the exact number was. Maybe 1716 or something like that. It's been a few years
