Just take an empty feed bag and pack it full of plastic bags, tie it off, and hang it up. When the feed bag gets pretty beat up, just slip another one over the top. And occassionally you might want to add some plastic bags.

i built a frame ,put a tarp over it aand stuffed it with rags it works great on field points and I have a block for broadheads I like the idea of stuffing with plastic though as the rags can get damp and freeze I noticed last winter. guess I'm a cheap scate or poor one of the two,I usually put one of those burlap target silouetes of a deer over it too.
