RE: Whisker Biscuit in Slow Mo
WOW, that looked violant. I guess that was a bow machine it was clamped into. I still love mine!!

RE: Whisker Biscuit in Slow Mo
That's pretty violent but then again every slow mo archery video is more violent than anything you would imagine.

RE: Whisker Biscuit in Slow Mo
First off, the bow is a PSE. (just kidding) Actually, slo-mo is always cool but that vid doesn't mean a whole lot to me. Is the bow tuned? Is the arrow the correct spine? What effect would the bristles have in a shooting "non-gripP" as opposed to being restrained? Plus, just like, carbon clothing, it wouldn't matter anyway as I base my likes/dislikes on MY actual experience with the product. The WB has been an excellent rest for me.

RE: Whisker Biscuit in Slow Mo
I think allot of the after shot movement could be attributed to it being locked or clamped in a rigid or solid mount. Just a guess however, I could be completely wrong. Either way I am very satisfied with howI shoot my arrows through my WB as Ive ruined many because of close grouping, robin hoods, etc ...
I have other rests on some bows I own, but honestly, I can shoot just as good with a drop away, traditional rest, and a WB at all distances. I dont ever seem to get better grouping with one over the other. If Im shooting poorly one day for some odd reason like the morning after my 40th B-day party lets say ;), doesnt matter what rest I shoot with. |
RE: Whisker Biscuit in Slow Mo
now compare that video of a whisker biscuit to this of a drop away http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EC6UEXaEwZo&NR=1 and you tell me which has less shock . Tomuch shake for me

RE: Whisker Biscuit in Slow Mo
That WB looked realy thin. Do they make different sizes? I am pretty sure mine is thicker than that.
