What moon phase? Any special planetary alignments? And do we have to allow for the Coriolis Force also?
Full moon not overhead but rather directly underfoot...

no special planetary alignment(that would make this much too difficult so... just calculate on an assumed neutral affect planetary alignment)

yes, allow for the Coriolis Force considering you are in the northern hemisphere at 40 degrees latitude and 93 degrees longitude

You know i have noticed a couple things while being on here..

ONE- we get way to board in the off season...lol
TWO- we have to much time at work....
THREE- now i realize why my wife says get a life...
Four- only a bow hunter would come up with a question like that.. and
FIVE- only a bunch of simlar bored bow hunters would answer it..

LMAO... I LOVE THIS SPORT!!!!!!!!
Hahah, Exactly!

This thread is gettin a little out of hand and may start to keep me from working/doing homework! That would be unfortunate...

This is the type of thread that I enjoy reading.Funny stuff. It gives me an excuse to pull out the calculator and make it look like I'm working.

Will need to know the arrow size and b-head to be able to figure in the drag resistance. Also, if vanes or feathers are used before an accurate number can be achieved. But with all that said, not sure if I am interested in scratching my head that much today![&:]

Also must include the altitude of the shooter in relation to sea level.
