Anybody ever try this?

I am wondering if anyone has shot a Rage 3 blade broadhead through the mesh of a blind....I bought some w/ that purpose in mind, but after looking at them, it just doesn't take much pressure for those blades to deploy.....I am concerned...Anybody?

As you now mo, I use the Snypers, virtually the same as the Rage's and I wouldn't attempt to put them through the mesh. They open too easily which is why I love them. We opened the mesh and the birds paid absolutley no attention to us. None! Position yourself as such and open the mesh or switch broadheads. Course you can always test them extensively.

Oh. Well since the mesh netting kind of distorts the video quality I never use them. I really dont think that they are necessary for turkeys. For deer, its another story. Havent had any experience shooting expandables through it though...

I have the TSC doghouse blind, it has a warning not to shoot expandables through the mesh because they will open.

Don, I can't say for the rage heads, but I have shot Eastman ST3's, Eastman Silver Strikes (tips), and the Crimson Talon Cuda heads through the mesh and had no problems at all...:D
