RE: IDEAL TREESTAND HEIGHT?

The deer kind of reminds me of a whitetail I saw in a pen near Somerset PA. Thing looked like a cow with a set of antlers on it's head. It was a breader buck from Michigan supposedly. However, I'm not sure how it could get it's from hooves off the ground!!

RE: IDEAL TREESTAND HEIGHT?

MAJOR pain in the rear...exspecially with a climber, up, down, attach harness, undo harness, get arrow, move deer do it all again...but really helped...
last time a friend brought his 10yr old to the farm I offered the kid a job, he was my arrow retriever. I tied a bucket to the end of my pull rope and had the kid stand well back, after 3 shots into my target I called all clear and he pulled my arrows and dropped them in the bucket before getting behind me again. He only lasted a 1/2 hr because it was hot out, but I payed him for a full hour (about 8$ I think).
