RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
Just tell him that nothing is going to happen to him as long as he is with you and that you would not letanything happen to him.

RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
Give him a Smith and Wesson .357 revolver;). But seriously, maybe try taking him on walks during the day to kinda get him used to the woods and use lots of encouragement.

RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
I AGREE WITH BUCKROGERS, YOU MAY ALSO TRY TO SHOW HIM HOW MUCH FUN BEING OUT IN THE WOODS CAN BE NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS!
|
RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
start him out in a small patch of woods
|
RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
Just take him along in the day time for a while and if there is a small stream near take him to it to explore a little and he will soon forget about the woods.

RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
Day time trips are good. Right at first light will work also and get down before it gets pitch black dark. You could also get him one of those headlamp flashlights with a red, green or blue filter. He'd probably feel a lot safer if he could see where things were.

RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
do what my dad did with me when it gets dark and he starts winning tell him the more he wines the monsters will hear him and get him

RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
I can sympathize with the kid,my first time out in the woods in the dark in the morning alone was pretty scary ( and that was 5 years ago,I'm 50) you get used to it really fast. Oh did I mention we saw a wolf there a few weeks before this outing. The 357 was with me then!

RE: I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
I agree if the others, take him after the sun comes up and get him out before it gets dark.
