We should be getting close to seeing them. I can take 3 here. Well, they bumped that up to 6 but 3 of them have to be taken before gun week, and have to be does. I usually try to shoot a yearling early on cuz I do believe they are the best eating too. Marinated overnight in teryaki marinade, then thrown on the grill........slobber slobber slobber.....

we have an inside joke with a friend of mine. one year he shot a yearling, he said he thought it was bigger before he took the shot. so i asked him well why did you drag the thing through the mud, bringing it back to the truck. he replied "well i wanted to get rid of the spot's". so we butcherd it up and got a little over 30lbs of meat out of that little thing. lol
