Did you ship your bow in a bow case like (SKB) or just a regular case boxed or crated up?

How much was the shipping?

Good Luck

uncballers45, thanks, whether or not I down a gobbler, there will be plenty of pictures available.

Rick James, thanks man, the shooting part is there, we practiced the other day moving the 3D gobbler around the woods and taking all kind of scenerio shots, hopefully the nerves will be there first..lol

MOmightmite, thanks, I'll be sure to return with lots of stories and pictures either way. I'm pumped.

Thanks PreacherTony, sticking one is the goal. ;)

Thanks GMMAT, keep those birds located bud, and see ya in a couple weeks.

jmbuckhunter, I'm using RM Snypers and I told tkycaller if I'm fortunate enough to down the first one in the body, I'm strictly going for a head shot with the second bird regardless of the outcome. I was hitting my 3D gobbler in the head out to 40 yards just to impress tkycaller..lol :D

Thanks, Zdeerslayer, appreciated. :)

Gobble Gobble Elkcrazy8, good luck to you too.

Buellhunter, thanks, how's the shop, I'm liking the updating emails. KS season opens the 14th, I understand however for the first time this year they opened two weeks early for bow only. That's what we are taking advantage of...I'm excited.

Thanks childers, good luck and good hunting to you as well.

atlasman, I purchased an aluminum airline safe case a couple weeks ago from D.I.C.K.S Sporting Goods on sale half price plus my club savings. I shipped the bow 2 day with UPS. It was 74 dollars with insurance. tkycaller shipped his a day earlier for half that but I needed my bow for one more night for leagues....I put to large Tie Wraps around it, placed a 12" piece of cardboard around the locked latches and taped the hell out of it. The carboard was to cover the Tie Wraps as well as the latches plus gave us a place to place the shipping label...that and I'm paranoid. [&:]

I wrapped mine in hunting clothes and removed the accessories and boxed them up too. I insured it for 1,100 dollars and it cost 23.00. I do however have a backup if that one would have been broken that I would have taken on the plane with me. Give us a report when you get back, and I will do the same!!!!!!!!!!!
