He was a 5 1/2 year old deer. Not my oldest. My oldest was a 8 pt. that was 7 1/2. He had a monstor body but had been hit by a car and was chasing doe with 3 legs with his other front leg curled up with a huge absess on it.

Thats a super nice deer! I would be proud to have him on the wall.
I noticed you said he grossed 156 and net scored 144 2/8. I assume they scored him as a typical?I was curious how they came up with only 11 6/8 deductions. It looks to me like his G2 are about 5 " diffrent, his brow tines are 2" diffrent, plus hehas a4x5 frame. Then his measureable sticker points near his bases should have all been deductions also? I am not knocking your deer just curious how they scored him. The reason I ask is I shot a really symetrical 8 pt that score 140 and he had 6 3/8 deductions.Can you snap a picture of your score sheet and post it up? That'd be cool.Thanks
