Do you'all name your arrows?

I know this may be a stupid question, but do you guys name your arrows? I was watchin a huntin show and the guy talked about naming each of his arrows. Does anybody do this? If so, what is an example of a name you use.

Last year I crested and fletched each of my arrows with a different color. They all had the same basic design but a different color.

So I had Bluey and Reddie, and Greenie and Blackie and the Silver one.

Goldie lost a vane just before the season started and had to sit it out :D

Reddie was the only one who had a chance to get bloody though.:D

1 thru 12 - helps the old memory banks remember which one is good at 20 yards and which one is good at 40 yards and the flyer in the bunch.

1 thru 12 on the vane......best to least best.......Its funny how 10-11-12 stay around the longest and 1 thru 4 get ruined right away.5-9 get more use at outdoor 3-D shoots.

Only number them.

Not a good year for 'ol No. 3[:-]. No's 1, 2, 4 all were killed in the line of duty:). Couple of others also saw action.

I number in order of Best to not the best. I number the amount that I keep in my quiver. This year will be 5.

I seldom have some names for the "Not the Best" ones, but I don't think I can type it on here.[:@]

RE: Do you'all name your arrows?

I also number...But when i kill something with an arrow, i retire it, broadhead and all,and I write some info in the fletching...examples; black bear, 18 yds...doe, 8 yards...8pt buck, 28 yds....also i put the kill date on there. I know it seems like a wasteof money, but its cool to go back and look through all of them...
