I personaly use the same heads I use for deer, but expandables work fine.

RE: TURKEY HUNTERS?

expandables are the best they will leave a bigger cut hole and not penetrate fully so you won't lose your arrow also I have lost at least 5 birds with fixed blades never with expanibles

ill be useing my easton outfitters mechanicals in about 2 " cutting diameter. still looking for some thing to go on about 3/4 the way down the shaft to help stop the arrow in the bird.

The larger the cutting diameter the better for turkeys. Expandables work great.

Just get some guillotines and chop their head clean off! [8D]

Don't mean to hijack the thread but I've always shot turkeys with a shotgun. When you shoot the turkey with a bow through the wing or up the pooper shooter does it ruin a lot of the breast meat?
