New bow for me, Fred Bear
 

I'm a long time rifle hunter and I have been getting this itch to bow hunt. My wife noticed me and her brother always talking about bow hunting this upcoming season and sure enough I got a bow for my birthday a couple days ago. What do y'all think?

Ditto to Dave's comment. As long as you enjoy shooting it and you shoot it accurately then that is all that matters. The Fred Bear/Bear, etc.. lineup are highly underrated in my opinion. They offer some good, solid bows for very reasonable prices.

that a nice you out got there Eric! it doesn't matter what other people think about it, the thing that matters is that it can shoot accuratly and kill a deer!

I shoot the Fred Bear G2 and it's a very good bow...the best I can afford anyway ;)
