congrats pa just look forward 10 or so years when you can take them in the woods with you, my oldest is turning 5 in a couple of months and she is so excited about bowhunting and just the outdoords in general, she's my best fishing and hunting buddy i'll ever have, and yes they will change your life forever, in a good way....lol

Congrats. Nothing like having kids. I have 2 and the older one is now at the age that she loves when I bring out the targets and we get to shoot together in the yard.

One thing I would advise . Never given into the wife about not going Hunting or fishing becaue of the kids. When my wife had our second child, she was 7 days old when I left for a bear hunting trip. How could I not go when I was planner behind this trip with 8 guys.

Everyyear you need to add more days to get away,(hunting & fishing, camping)I must sayafter 24 years of being married, my friends & family can'tbelieve how many trips I go on.

My wife and I have a 9 mo. old daughter and while it is alot of work and time, it is worth every moment. There is nothing better then coming back home from a long day of work and see that little smiling face.

have u put your bow on ebay yet? :D Just kiddin, children are great. I have 2 and my daughter can make the most realistic turkey yelps with just her mouth from hearing me practice with my calls. I need to post the video sometime. Best wishes.
