I like it a lot! If I were in the market, I'd seriously look at one. I've shot the Synergy and it's a sweet, quiet adn fast shooter. The envy shoudl be even better.

Looks like a good bow 2 me and the specs look good also, but I would not buy a bow I don't know much about.

I shoot an Elite Synergy and it is the most solid bow I have shoot, solid back wall and smoking speed. hate to say it but even better than my trusted ALLY sorry Bowtech. I'm a changed man.

Cougars, yes Kevin Strothers had been BowTech's chief designer for a long time. They had a bit of a falling out and very shortly after BowTech let him go Elite sprouted up. It would seem that was his plan all along but he spent a lot of time bad mouthing BowTech after leaving. All of that seems to have setted down and the people I have talked to at Elite have all been very nice and very professional and I don't even own any of their products. Whether Kevin had sour grapes or not, he can design bows.
