More sheds (pesky rodents) pics

Braved the elements today, tornado warning, sever thunderstorm threat but i cant find em sitting at home, besides this was my last day to hunt before starting night shifts. spotted a good one from 60 yards away, walked over to it and spotted the other 4 feet from it. As i mentioned in my last post about sheds, i hardly ever find a match and i found two different (sets) this week. These had to have been dropped early for around here, as you can see the rodents ate half of one and nibbled on the other. If you look close you can see the rest of the main beam laying beside the shed with the hooked brow tine. I believe this buck to be a reall good 2 1/2 year old with excellent potential. enjoy the pics!

Nice find! Conrads! That is already a pretty impressive rack for a 2.5 yr old deer. Looks like it has some decent mass already too. Do you know what kind of spread the deer has (had, lol, don't have a spread anymore!)?

Holding them together the way they look to have been, it looks to be around a 15" inside spread. I forgot to mention that this buck has some funky mojo going on, when held together the G-2 on his right side points forward and ends up about mid way where the G-3 G-4 are on the left side. wish i had the rest of the right side.

either way thats pretty good for a two and half year old deer, imo. He will be a sight to see in another year or two.

That deer is going to be a beauty this coming fall. Its amazing how much damage the rodents can do to the antlers so quickly.

Wow, look at the G4s on that deer. If you right about it being a 2.5 year old then that will be one heck of a deer in a year or two. Looks like it has great potential...

I believe he is a product of the 2005 buck i killed (with a muzzle loader:eek:) He was a 4 1/2 year old and has killer G-4'S as well, same area. The pic makes the mount look like crap, but it really looks great, lighting sucked.
