turkey or pig???
 

i have the option of one. which should i choose ill be in the southeast. preferably ga. i only use. i would like to doa wma hunt, but dont think i oculd get one there. considering how they are over hunted. but i dont know. so help me out

I would have to go on a turkey hunt. I have the luxury of being able to hog hunt a couple of times a week year round. So for me definitly birds.

Don't the majority of those areas have both? I'd go turkey hunting and poke a porker if you get the chance!

Well, I LOVE turkey hunting and its always great to do that, but I can't hunt hogs locally and I'd love to try that some time. I might just give the hog hunt a whirl if I could only choose one as long as I know I can still hunt Turkeys where I usually do. If it was between hogs and turkeys and no turkey hunting anywhere else, I'd go for the bird!

For me, turkey hunting is one of my favorite hunts but spring season is relatively short. Fall season runs concurrent with deer season so usually not hunting turkey then, plus they're not as hot to calls. Pigs are fun but around here I can do that almost anytime.

well for me I would hunt pigs because their are very few around here where I live,and would love to get one but turkey are extemely thrilling!!!!
and fun if they are gobbling.Personally I would save money and do both,
meat wise hog is better but both are a experience you should do during your life I gaurentee whatever you choose will be fun!!!!!!

well its my first time for either and my turkey is mar. 24 - may 14 i believe
