LOL! I wouldn't hold my breath about those being decent bucks! I've never seen bucks with short fluffy faces and skinny lil' necks like that before? :D

No disrespect intended, they are great pics and thanks for sharing, but im seeing a button buck (nubby) I dont think it is one that has shed its headgear, they are healthy deer and that is what matters, again thanks!!

Geez I thought they had shed the antlers, here I was thinkin that one with the ripped ear (another pic) was the same as the 5 point i got pics of in Nov. Well I have gotten plenty of pics of 4 points and 5 points and never a button buck at this spot. Then this trip out the Cam gets 181 pics and every buck is a button buck. Gee silly of me to think that they were shed bucks.

I had that same wxperience the first time I went to digital. Might be a 2 1/2 year old fourth pic down. Might be younger. Either way, where the does are the boys will end up.
My guess is the 12 max pictures you had before was early season. Wait until you get the 150 picsor so next September! You will be amazed! |

I agree they are button bucks. Look how short their noses are in relation to their face. That's asign of a very young deer. But they look well fed and healthy. That's a good sign of things to come.
