I lost the damper in my drop zone, caled TR to order a new one. They are sending one FREE OF CHARGE.
I fully expected to pay for a replacement, after all I lost the thing. Hats off to TR ,that is how you make customers return customers.

Let's just all hope that now with Trophy Ridge being SOLD and moved, they can continue to offer exceptional customer service! The Escalade Sports trucks showed up just the other day and took nearly everything ontheir way toTR's new home.

I am glad to hearyou hadgood customer service from TR. In the couple of years I have been doing business with them, they have provided me withgood customer service also. I think Trophy Ridge makes an awesome product as you can tell if you have used any of their equipmentand I hope this quality continues with their new business endeavors.
