I am appreciate all the help guys. Deerdust-the bottle was under his bed, being the idiot he is he tryed to play dumb saying it wasnt his. I had pleaded with him to come forward and he just tells me to calm down it wont be that big of fine. (o man i wanna knock his teeth out)He doesn't seem to understand i can't afford the fines, big or not. After hearing opinions from many i am going to take legal action, it looks like a may have a good chance of at least getting the fines reduced. Thanx to all.

Is this just a college fine or something else. It is a big deal if they make a record of it. Should you ever have to have a security clearance it could cause problems. I'd really seek legal advice. I know they have a lot of room to fudge when it comes to &quot;THEIR&quot; property... kind of leased to you.... but it sure does stink if you ask me. I'd demand a separate room. Explain that if you're responsible for your roomates actions you either want to pick him or be on your own. I'd demand some kind of hearing/legal advice/get me a new roomate,..... you know.. the blonde in Chemistry.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Haha David. I am going to try to fight this and see what happens. I am working on getting a new roomate for next semester. Hopefully the blonde's boyfriend won't mind. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> Thanks again
