From your pic I would say he's P&Y. If he's not, he's REAL close. Hard to score without being able to judge the beam length.

Where my father lives it is legal to shoot deer with a bow in city limits. I would definitely be asking neighbors for permission to sit in their kids tree houses to get that buck.
