anyone put custom strings on mathews switchback
 

has anyone put a custom string on their switchback from gibblet. just wanted to see what color combos you guys have. i want to put one on mine but not for sure what colors to use.

i think its all personal prefrence. when i get around to ordering for my highlander ill probably go with tan or brown and green.."camo" and itll match the tones of the bow pretty nicely..i do like the looks of bright "cool" colored strings..just looks neat lol. all personal prefrence.

they have a program that lets you see string colors..not sure gibblet got them all or what not..but it gives you an idea of what itll look like

yeah. thats where i have been looking at colors just have a few color combos i like which makes it hard to choose. thanks for the help

There are not that many colors out there that John (gibblet) does not have, he posted a pic a while back of all the colors he had at the time and I am sure he has even more colors now.

He will do his best to get you the colors you want.;)

yeah i seen those colors just wanted to see some color combos on the switchback before i make my decision. I definitely want gibblet to do my strings and cables just dont know what colors to get

I just built some for a bud that where blue,and green.He'll be bring his bow over tomorow and I'll try to remember to take a pic and post it.The control cable serving on that bow are extreemly long,from what I can remeber I think I had to serve it at least 20"or so.

I've had silver and brown strings on my Hardwoods HD and I think they look great ... but Mauser said it best; it's all preference. Just look at the Primos boys... they like those wild orange and green strings that have sorta become their trademark. I like the subtler coordinated camo.

That color chart over at Vapor Trail is awesome, and I've been sending people to look at that for a few years now.
