Jacket

I was just wondering what camoflauge jacket would be best for Northern Wisconsin in late season. Im looking for something warm when its around 20 degrees and also a jacket that isn't to poofy.

RE: Jacket

I don't wear a jacket but layer accordingly. I will wear a polypropelene layer followed by a fleece or woollayer, followed by a wind blocking layer. The poly wicks away moisture, the fleece or woolkeeps you warm, and the wind blocking layer keeps the wind from blowing through and locks in the heat. If this is done right is not too bulky, and will be better than any jacket that I know of.

Check out Whitewater's Realtree Hardwoods jackets. If you go on Cabela's website they have some on sale. I've got the reversable Sherpa Fleece parka.

Chad, that is exactly how I do it also. That first layer of polypropelene is THE most important IMO
