Hog Hunt Tomorrow
 

Well, The Rev, Kyle and myself are heading out for a hog hunt tomorrow and hoping to bring home some bacon:);):D

txjourneyman has invited us out to his place to see if we can help erradicate some of the hogs that are tearing his place up.

Should be a great hunt and I will get to meet another member of the forum.

I've had one hog hunting experience at night...well not me directly, but I was in camp...it ended up in a mad sow charging the jeep. Watch your back guys.:D:D

MO I have been hunting hogs for 40 plus years and done a lot of night hunting for them;)

yeah it can get a little crazy but is sure is a heck of a lot fun:D

Nope just a 2 "d" cell mag lite attached to the front stabilizer hole of me bow;)

Oh don't get me wrong, hog hunting is probably the most fun hunting I've been on. Especially stalking. I've never hunted them at night just retrieving game. I bet it would be an adrenaline rush for sure.

Sounds like fun. Have any of you tried a Hawglite? http://hawglite.com/products.php I've been meaning to get one. Looks like it would do the trick.

Dont see why I should spend $55 plus shipping when the mag lite costs under 20 bucks.

Ok 1 1/2 hours from now we will be on our way to Whack some hoggies:):D;)

Does your maglite have a finger actuator to turn the light on? Seems like that would be handy. Some people don't mind paying a little more for something that functions better. But to each his own.
