Blazers + shoot thru mesh = ????

Anyone ever try shooting blazers thru shoot thru mesh on ground blinds? I know blazers don't like hitting things in flight and I wondered if that applied to the mesh as well.

edit title to read Blazers, not blaxers...lol that's all.

I have no experience shooting through mesh.

That being said, I don't want anything between me, the arrow and my intended target. I understand the concept of a shoot through mesh, similiar to a Whisker Bisquit, somewhat however, the smallest twig can throw an arrow and it'd be magnified in a mistuned arrow. With the right blind, shoot through, is it really necessary?

I'd be interested to learn from this thread as well, particularly when it comes to expandables, as well as Blazers as that is my vane of choice.

The doe I shot out of my Matrix w/ Blazer guided arrows this past fall never knew what hit her.....They work PERFECTLY fine. It's the broadhead you need be concerned over.

I know mechanicals can open up when they hit the mesh (said so on the manual!)

If they have the big "L" arms to deploy them, yes, they can and I all but guarantee you they will.

Others, such as Rocket Wolverine's, won't be affected at all. They just zip right through.

Hey Washington Hunter..
Firstly, put a shirt on, we done like looking at your mam boobs!:D
Secondly, judging from your draw cycle that I see you going through in the blind, it definetly looks like you are having to put way to much effort into the draw. Hell, it looks like you are really straining. This might be the cause of some of your form issues you were talking about in your other form post.
So as not to thread hijack...
I shot blazers out of mesh all fall with not a single issue ever.

With those itty bitty arms of his I wouldn't be suprised if that was a 40-50# draw!
