They are amazing, and I also recommend binoculars, pointing a rifle just to look could be misinterpreted.

I know what your saying C09, in time young one, in time. You'll want them for archery as well. You'll be amazed how they can improve a hunt. Good luck.

There aint nothing wrong with using the gun to look at the as long as you dont have it loaded or pull the trigger. I have binocs but it is usually easyer for me to go get my gun and look that it is to find my binocs.
