ORIGINAL: Germ If Al Gore had Won in 2000 We would not have 3000+ dead soldiers in Iraq We would have eletric cars Global warming would be solved Al was one of the few who spoke up against going into Iraq, he got beat up pretty bad. He is not as left on guns and hunting as he is made out to be. I would vote for the man, I am serious;) Big oil runs this country, not our goverment[8D] |
RE: Sportsman ....Do You Vote??
Yea, I vote, and I normally vote Republican even though I belong to a labor union, I just will not stoop and vote for a liberal, and that seems to be what the Democrats wanna keep throwin at us to vote for. I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that if the far left took over our government, our rights and the things everyone on this forum love to do would be in jeopardy. JMHO

RE: Sportsman ....Do You Vote??
If your counting, no I do not. Your assumption that the bad people will take over if I don't is absurd. From where I'm sitting there is no difference in either party and I have no desire to stick up for either. Here in Ohio there are more democrats who support a sportsman than their are republicans, doesn't say anything worth saying. The education of the people is where victory will be found. Your answer is for an idiot to vote. Voting is what you advocate isn't it?
Your deal is exactly what I hate, the use of fear to motivate people to act a certain way. I refuse to respond to such supplications and unfortunately that is the modus operandi of the powers that be today. I believe, based on history that is a pile of s*** and will led to the fall of this great nation as it has of past great nations. I really don't see us doing anything different than any others that have gone before us. Anyone who cares, read books written by a great American, Clayton Cramer. Tell me some thing, if everyone voted and the out come was the same, what would you blame it on then? Anyone who wants my vote had better not try and convince to vote for them based on how much worse their opponent might be. Know any politician who doesn't operate this way? I don't. Ever ask yourself this question, could not voting save this great nation? We are nothing new and many have come and gone before us. Cartage fell because of a vote. At it's time it was THE super power. Marched right up to Rome's door and terrorized it. Led by one kick ass general. His own country, through the vote of the paid off poor betrayed him. 8 years later (if I recall) it fell to Rome never to rise again. It's greatgeneral was called back by the basta*** and asked to protect it. Proving his greatness he returned because of the patriotism instilled in him by his father. The people who were voted into power had already wasted the country beyond salvation and he failed in his efforts, retreating to another country still engaged in fighting off the roman yoke. It failed as well and instead of surrendering he took his own life. Well over 2000 years later military leaders still study his tactics.Carthage was also ruled by only 2 political parties much like ours. A great deal like ours. It was though the gift of welfare that the poor, the largest voting block of the country, gave away it's existance. Yes, even then, it was through the vote that people were put into power and the masses were bought and paid for byboth parties. Get educated before you (the message) come on here pushing that "your unamerican if you don't vote" crap. And for Peters sake, the last election just ended, give us at least a years break. Don't take anything I've said personally, it's the idea, philosophy, mantra that I have a problem with. I'm sure your a swell guy. Your a hunter after all. |

One tactic people use to justify their rebelious spirit is much words. You think you can elevate yourself above those that believe in something by having a nonconformist attitude, using big words and stretching history to fit your narrow way of thinking. 2. My daddy could beat up your daddy! [8D] |
