www.jesseshuntingpage.com has reviews on a bunch of different trail cams (and help on making your own if inclined).

RE: help!! trail cams

I am very very happy with the TrailTimer Photohunter. Since mid july I have 240 quality pictures. This camera is really easy to use and is good on batteries.(I change them after 3 months). Its the best toy I've bought in 10 years! If I was going to get another one(and I've been thinking about it) I would absolutey get the same one again!

Good Luck!

PRACTICE....PRACTICE....PRACTICE......SUCCESS!

RE: help!! trail cams

thanks cloud 9,
i went to jesse's hunting page and downloaded his comparison chart and the biggest differences are the prices, and the cameras, the trail timmer is on the lower end of the money so i am glad to here the good report. not knowing a lot about cameras is also a dissadvantage in this process. i do like that this one has an event counter so you do not have to take it apart to see if any pictures have been taken
