Which ever is the most comfortable for the shooter. A well placed arrow will do the trick out of almost all bows at a legal draw weight.

I voted for the one that suites me 65-70 but it depends on your size, strength, age. my opinion is if you can draw and hold easily when cold and have many cloths on then that is an ideal poundage for yourself. If you struggle drawing when cold, then it is to much.

The one that matches the spine of your arrows.

With a normal draw length and todays bows 60 lbs is plenty for pretty much anything in a America.

My opinion anyway.

You don't have a 60-65.......so I couldn't vote.

I keep my target/turkey setup at 64#'s. Though my internet alter-macho E-persona would allow my hulkness to shoot a bow at a poundage of just over 3,122.4#'s......I hunt deerwith my allegiance at it's BC weight of 71#'s.

You don't need anything more than 60-70 pounds for anything in North America. The guy at my archery shop told me that he shoots a 117 pound recurve. That's insane! He said he doesn't know why though, just because he can. he also said that Howard Hill used to shoot 147 lbs. Unfathomable.[&:]

I think a more appropriate post would project actuall poundages of HNI members, or what is most comfortable. 40#lbs through the heart works when 10,000lbs through the ear will make you feel like spooning!
Be accurate!

I voted 65-70 for most hunting purposes...but typically lower it for indoor winter league.
